Rarity Pull purchases

By placing an order, you confirm that the order details and delivery address are correct and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and the order is not rejected or cancelled for stock, fraud, pricing, legal, or delivery reasons.

Mystery and random products

• Only the contents specifically described as guaranteed are guaranteed.
• Booster-pack selection, card pulls, artwork, set mix, and value can vary.
• Examples, chase cards, database pages, videos, and promotional images do not promise a particular pull.
• Market value can change and is not a guaranteed resale value.

Product availability and pricing

Products and prices may change. We may correct obvious pricing or listing errors before dispatch and provide a refund if an order cannot be fulfilled.

RarityDex information

RarityDex is provided for general collector information. Card data, rarity, images, and prices may be incomplete, delayed, or corrected. Do not use RarityDex as financial, investment, grading, authentication, or professional appraisal advice.

Acceptable use

You may browse and link to public pages. You may not disrupt the service, bypass security, misuse the admin or API areas, submit malicious code, copy the database at scale, or use automated access that harms performance or violates a data provider’s rights.

Intellectual property

The Rarity Pull and RarityDex branding, original design, copy, and software are protected. Pokémon names, card artwork, and related marks belong to their respective owners. Their display is for identification and collector information.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss, changing market values, third-party service interruptions, customs delays, or decisions made from informational price data.
