Dispatch and delivery

Dispatch
Orders are normally dispatched within 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Delivery estimate
International delivery usually takes 1–3 weeks after dispatch, but customs, local postal delays, weather, or destination restrictions may extend delivery time.
Shipping cost
Free worldwide shipping unless a product page states otherwise.
Tracking
Tracking is provided when included with the selected shipping method or product offer.

Customs and import charges

International customers are responsible for any import tax, duty, handling fee, or customs requirement charged by the destination country. Customs inspection can delay delivery.

Address problems and returned parcels

Customers must provide a complete, deliverable address. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, unpaid customs charge, or failure to collect it, any refund or reshipment may be reduced by non-refundable shipping and return costs.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

Contact us within 7 days after delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.. Include the order number and clear photos of the parcel, label, packaging, and item. We may offer replacement, reshipment, partial refund, or full refund depending on the problem and available stock.

Change-of-mind returns

Because mystery products and trading-card packs depend on sealed condition and random contents, opened products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Unopened products may be considered only if you contact us before returning anything. Return shipping and original non-refundable costs may be the customer’s responsibility.

Cancellations

Contact us immediately. An order can be cancelled for a full refund only before processing or dispatch. Once dispatched, the shipping and return rules above apply. Mail-order sales do not have a general cooling-off period under Japan’s Specified Commercial Transactions Act.
