What information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to customers and RarityDex visitors.

Information we collect
- Order information: name, email, shipping address, phone number when required for delivery, ordered products, and order history.
- Support information: messages and files you send when asking for help.
- Payment information: payment status and transaction references. Complete payment-card details are handled by Stripe or PayPal and are not stored by Rarity Pull.
- Technical information: IP address, browser information, device type, security logs, and basic cookies needed to operate and protect the website.
- RarityDex use: searches and page visits may be recorded in server logs or analytics when analytics are enabled. No account is required to browse RarityDex.
How we use information
We use personal information to process and deliver orders, provide support, prevent fraud, maintain website security, comply with legal and accounting duties, improve the website, and communicate service-related information.
Service providers
Information may be shared only as needed with payment processors, hosting providers, email providers, delivery companies, customs authorities, fraud-prevention services, and professional advisers. These providers process information for their specific service.
International processing
Some providers may process information outside Japan. We choose established providers and use available contractual and security safeguards appropriate to the service.
Retention and security
Order and transaction records are retained as needed for fulfillment, support, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your requests

Children
The store is not directed to children who cannot legally enter a purchase contract. A parent or guardian should supervise purchases by minors.
